My First Amendment project is also in progress, but here's what I have so
far:
Establishment Clause
No organized prayer in
public schools.
No  passage of law that favors
one religion over another,
religion over no religion, or no
religion over religion.
Free Exercise Clause
Protesting the draft
permitted.
Flag burning permitted.
Negative headlines permitted,
provided they are published
without actual malice.
Anonymous leaflets
permitted.
Private possession of obscene
material permitted.
Free Association
Publishing memoirs of
convicted criminals
permitted.
No prohibiting the free
exercise of religion.
No establishment of
 national religion.
Free Speech
First Amendment
Associating with others for
the common advancement of
political beliefs and ideas
permitted.
Free Press
No content-based
regulation of the press.
Assembling for the purpose
of petitioning the
Government for a redress of
grievances permitted.
