Christopher Czarnik (owner of Coach Inc.) is deeply passionate about career
search. After serving in Operations and HR roles in both large and small
companies, he was trained as a professional career advisor in a national career
search firm. Over the next 5 years he served as an advisor to more than 200
professional clients, and was honored by that national firm as an outstanding
advisor in 2005. In 2006 he started Coach Inc.
For the past 5 years he has also served as the lead speaker on career search in
the Wisconsin Technical College system, high schools, and in both public and
private colleges. In addition, he has written career search curriculum for both the
high school and college levels, and has been recognized as one of the leading
