In this seminar, Chris speaks from his own personal life about the need to choose a direction in your work life. His experience going from a promising high school senior class president to sweeping the floor of a paper mill (before lifting himself back up) will help students understand that if they do not make a career choice, one will be made for them (by life) and the resulting job may be very different than the job of their dreams.
