Dr. Dror Paley activity in research field goes in two directions to develop (create/invent) and to improve both procedures and
devices. Some of his ideas were patented.

Until now he has developed (created/invented) more than 100 new operative procedures for bone and soft tissue reconstruction
of congenital, developmental and post-traumatic limb disorders.

Some of the new methods and operative procedures developed and performed by Dr. Paley are.:

SUPERhip for the hip reconstruction for congenital femoral deficiency

SUPERknee for reconstruction of the knee aliments in congenital femoral deficiency

SUPERankle for reconstruction of the ankle in fibular hemimelia

      Patellar arthroplasty for tibial hemimelia

      Ulnarization for radial club hand

      Elbow reconstruction for ulna clubhand

Percutaneous Gigli saw and focal dome osteotomies

Fixator Assisted Nailing and Lengthening over nails (LON)

Multiplier Method for prediction of leg length discrepancy at maturity

This website is for patients with limb deformities and limb length discrepancy. Over the past 30 years I have dedicated my
career to improving the lives of patients with limb problems.  I have performed more than 20,000 limb reconstruction surgeries
to correct deformity or lengthen limbs and developed many of the most advanced surgical methods used for lengthening and
deformity correction. I wrote the book on deformity correction. The purpose of this website is to educate patients and their
families and friends on the techniques available for such limb reconstruction. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or
are seeking advice on the management of a limb reconstruction problem.
